Step Two - Our 1st Visit
Our 1st visit – During this visit we will answer any detailed questions you have, you can view all options that are available, material, style, finish and colour. We will then take the initial measurements.
We aim to deliver your personal quotation back to you within 7-10 days after our 1st visit.
Step Four - Design Review
Our 2nd visit – We’re committed to delivering the highest quality installation for our customers. So we actively encourage you to seek quotations from different companies. During our design review, we make sure our 1st quote specification is still correct, and also that we remain the most competitive.
Deposit & order form completion. When you are happy to proceed we will require a 10, 20 or 50% deposit (dependant on job type and size) we will also complete all paperwork and then move to the next step.
Step Six - Final Survey
Final Survey. During this visit we will happily answer any further questions you have and carry out our final survey for absolute accuracy.
Once your finished order is complete, we will call to arrange a suitable date and time to begin your installation.
Step Eight - Fitting Day
Fitting day arrives. This is the final stage and we will apply Hampton Window Installations special touch to your home and you will finally see the vision you have had come to life.
